Progression
|
We use a system of coloured belts to denote ability and mark progression. Beginners start at white belt and slowly work their way up through the ranks, with 4 stripes to be earned per belt. The belts serve as an important marker of progress and provides tangible goals for students to pursue. Promotions are based solely on performance. Upon reaching 16 years of age, a child’s belt will automatically be converted to the equivalent adult rank.
All belt promotions come with an endorsed certificate. Click here to see the full breakdown of the kids' belt system! |
